Although The Real Housewives of New Jersey already includes one set of in-laws (Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita), the show could become even more of a family affair. Bravo has reportedly approached Melissa Gorga, the sister-in-law of current cast member Teresa Giudice, to join the cast for its upcoming third season, RadarOnline reports. A source told the website they’ve been filming at Gorga’s house for weeks, adding, “At first she wasn’t sure she wanted to go on the show, but she decided to accept it.” If Gorga does sign on, she’s likely to take the program’s infamous extravagance to the next level. “She has two live-in nannies and lives in a $4 million mansion,” the source said. “Teresa and Joe’s house looks like a garage compared to theirs.” A rep for the show told Radar that they “haven’t made any announcements about casting yet.” Time will tell if Gorga will join or if she has anything to do with Giudice’s nephew who recently sparked controversy. Cast member Danielle Staub brought him up during the first installment of the reunion episode on Monday, sending Giudice into a rampage.
