After Sarah Palin tweeted angrily about pages of her book appearing on the internet, her publisher is taking up the case: HarperCollins sued Gawker on Friday for publishing leaked pages of America By Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag, Palin's second book. Gawker posted scans of about 21 pages of the book, and refused to remove them at the publisher's demand. The site instead linked to Wikipedia entries on fair use laws. Other blogs have reportedly also published excerpts ahead of the Nov. 23 release date. On Saturday, a New York judge agreed with the publisher, instructing Gawker to take down the pages.
