The Obama administration is looking for a new contractor to oversee the national healthcare website. On Wednesday, the White House posted a solicitation with over 60 pages of qualifications and requirements for prospective candidates. It states that the contractor will need to work "under aggressive time constraints" and show that it can successfully run the site when there are a large number of users. The first HealthCare.Gov contractor was CGI Federal, but the White House abruptly terminated their stewardship after the site’s infamously botched launch last year. Applications are due August 18.
