University of Virginia's Phi Kappy Psi fraternity filed a $25M lawsuit against Rolling Stone on Monday related to a now-retracted article from 2014. The article alleged that the fraternity committed a gang rape of a student and was later proven false by two separate investigations. The publication also faces a $7.5 million lawsuit from an associate dean at the university who assists sexual assault survivors on campus.
