Lawyers for the family of Tamir Rice gave prosecutors in Ohio two reports that call the shooting "unreasonable," over the weekend. The prosecutor's office had previously determined that the shooting was in fact reasonable but grand jurors will now consider these new reports in order to determine whether the police officer involved will face criminal charges. The new reports come from a former deputy police chief in California and a former lieutenant in the LAPD.
