Somewhere between 20 and 50 people have been quarantined in Alameda, California after an envelope with a suspicious powder substance was opened in a customs office. Three people got sick from the envelope opening, but none of the symptoms are life-threatening. Hazmat officials are on the scene trying to determine the nature of the substance.
