Yale Psychiatrist: I Briefed Lawmakers on Trump’s Mental State

A Yale University psychiatrist says she traveled to Washington last month to brief lawmakers for two days about President Donald Trump’s mental state. Bandy X. Lee, an assistant clinical professor in law and psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine, told Politico that she met with more than a dozen members of Congress—all Democrats, and one Republican senator whom she declined to name. “We feel that the rush of tweeting is an indication of his falling apart under stress. Trump is going to get worse and will become uncontainable with the pressures of the presidency,” Lee said.
