Apple Geeks Declare ‘Steve Jobs Day’

There’s a new iPhone to celebrate, but some Apple fanboys want to make sure the man behind the magic isn’t forgotten. Jobs worshipers from the marketing firm Studiocom declared Oct. 14 “Steve Jobs Day,” and are urging people worldwide to dress in the Apple founder’s trademark black turtleneck while striking up conversations about him on Twitter and Facebook. “We admire his work,” the group said on its website. “We’ve embraced his vision. And we love what he’s brought to the world. Let’s take a day to honor the man himself and say thank you.”
