An Ohio judge ruled Friday that teenagers who will turn 18 before Election Day can vote in the state’s primary elections on Tuesday. The state had previously barred 17-year-olds from voting in the primaries, regardless of eligibility come November. The ruling could provide a boost to Bernie Sanders in the Democratic race, as much of his support comes from younger voters.
