She and a friend dined at the tourist favorite, where Ruth ordered a salad and white wine. What were the women talking about? Apparently, Ruth was "gushing" that her husband will be imprisoned in Otisville, NY, the prison that Bernie's lawyer had angled for, saying, "I'm so glad! It's just what we wanted." But the meal didn't end quite so happily. "The waiter said she was upset because she had coupons and they expired before she could use them," a witness said.
